In this talk we will try to find a starting place for you. We will look at a simple process to get you started, as well as a few tools you might find useful in the beginning, and finally the secret to all good refinement will be revealed!

Workshop: Better Retrospectives

Are your Retrospectives truly driving change?
Do you feel they are impacting the things that really matter in your organisation?
Do they feel like another arbitrary ceremony?
Do they feel like they are getting stale or not creating inventive solutions?
